Alice
Physician Assistant
Alice is our Physician Assistant supporting our Los Gatos and San Mateo locations. Alice is native to the Bay Area. She grew up in the South Bay and went to San Jose State University for her undergraduate studies, majoring in Biology and Chemistry. After graduating, she moved to San Francisco where she received her Physician Assistant training and credentials from Samuel Merritt University. She worked at Marin General Hospital and Marin Health in Breast oncology. Prior to joining Silicon Valley Institute for Aesthetics, Alice was part of the plastic surgery department at Palo Alto Medical Foundation bringing a wealth of knowledge to our SVIA family and patients. When Alice isn't assisting in surgery or performing injectable treatments, she enjoys exercising and spending time with her son.
Alisha
Medical Aesthetician
Alisha is the Lead Medical Aesthetician at SVIA Sacramento, known for her expertise in delivering advanced, results-driven skincare solutions. She received her aesthetic license from the Board of Cosmetology at Federico Beauty Institute in 2018 and has since pursued additional training at the Concepts Institute of Advanced Esthetics. With over five years of experience, Alisha specializes in treating aging, acne-prone, and hyperpigmented skin, utilizing a range of advanced modalities including chemical peels, dermaplaning, and more.
Alisha began her career in dermatology at the Laser + Skin Surgery Center in Northern California, where she focused on product education and patient care. She later expanded her skills by working alongside an Emergency Physician in a private medical spa in Sacramento, becoming a certified HydraFacial expert and gaining extensive hands-on experience over four and a half years.
A highlight of her career was serving as a professional dancer for the NBA’s Sacramento Kings, where she also had the opportunity to provide skincare treatments for the team members, ensuring their skin was radiant for both game days and community events. Throughout her journey, Alisha’s unwavering commitment to skin health and patient care has been the cornerstone of her practice. Her passion for aesthetics and dedication to her clients make her a trusted and sought-after expert in the industry.
Amanda
Patient Care Coordinator
Amanda is the Patient Care Coordinator supporting our surgical patients in our Sacramento location. Amanda prides herself in building relationships and creating trust with our patients. Her background as a licensed Massage Therapist for the past 12 years has given her the opportunity to perfect her patient care and attention to detail which has naturally carried over into her role at SVIA. When Amanda isn't in the office, she is studying towards her certification in Lymphatic Drainage, hiking, running, and going on explorations with her son and two wild Cattle dogs.
Amanda
Registered Nurse
Amanda joins the SVIA team bringing over 12 years of healthcare experience to our Sacramento office. Amanda is a Sacramento native and graduated from Chamberlain University with honors from the College of Nursing and was a member of The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Training directly with our Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons, Amanda has a natural eye for aesthetics and amazing passion for treatment plan customization for our patients. Amanda has built her career's nursing foundations at Sutter Health Oncology Department allowing her an exceptional experience for patient care.
When Amanda isn't in the office, you can find her with her four stepsons or 2 miniature dachshunds - Dottie and Ziggy. She is passionate about travel, has a perpetual inclination for dessert, and is a rockstar at the Karaoke bar.
Bailey
Registered Nurse
Bailey is a Registered Nurse at SVIA Plastic Surgery with over 10 years of experience working in the emergency room department. Her primary role is to circulate all surgical cases performed under general anesthesia in SVIA's Surgical Suite. Originally from Kansas, Bailey is now an adopted Californian after many years of travel nursing. When not at SVIA, Bailey is spending all her free time with her daughter, husband and fur babies. She enjoys cooking, reading to her daughter and being outside.
Brittney
Practice Director
Brittney is the Office Manager at Silicon Valley Institute for Aesthetics where she is responsible for overseeing operations for our entire network of practices. She comes to us with 10+ years of experience in Medical Administration and Practice Management in large hospitals and dental practices. When Brittney is not at one of our SVIA locations, you will find her with her husband at one of their son's sporting events, at the lake, traveling with friends and family, or snuggling up with one of her many pets.
Carly
Administrative Assistant & Environmental Services Technician
Carly has been a valued member of the SVIA team for over two years and quickly discovered a deep passion for working in the operating room. She is currently pursuing her certification as a surgical technologist to further advance her career in the medical field. As a two-time Neuroblastoma cancer survivor, Carly developed an early appreciation for aesthetics with a particular interest in reconstructive surgery. Her personal experiences have shaped her commitment to creating a positive and supportive experience for every patient she encounters. Outside of work and her studies, Carly enjoys traveling with her husband, her high school sweetheart, and spending quality time with their four children and two dogs. She also maintains an active lifestyle, has a keen interest in cosmetic procedures, and is an avid LEGO enthusiast. Over the past 16 years, she has built an impressive collection, with a special focus on rare and retired Star Wars sets.
Cecilia
Registered Nurse
Cecilia is SVIA's Lead Pre Op/PACU Registered Nurse, bringing almost 10 years of experience in outpatient surgery. Cecilia is dedicated to delivering the safest patient care while providing comfort and reassurance to all of our surgical patients. When Cecilia is not working, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new things with her husband and hanging out with her three fur babies.
Jessica
Aesthetic Nurse
Jessica graduated Magna Cum Laude from Samuel Merritt University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Graduating with honors, she was invited to join the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and actively participates in continued education and precepting new nurses. When not at SVIA, Jessica is a Chemotherapy-certified Registered Nurse at CPMC VNC’s Oncology unit. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family and friends, sipping craft cocktails and dining at highly rated restaurants found on Yelp, and never passes up an opportunity to relax on the couch to stream something on Bravo.

Patient Care Coordinator
Kelly is the Patient Care Coordinator at SVIA Plastic Surgery bringing over 20 years of experience in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery in the Bay Area. Our patients love Kelly for her caring, empathetic, and compassionate personality and her passion for our industry. While offering support to all of our patients to reach their aesthetic goals, Kelly has developed specialized guidance and care for our transgender community. during her free time, you can find Kelly spending time with her dogs, family, and friends. She also loves to cook, bake, do photography, sewing, tennis, hiking, and kayaking in her free time.
Lauren
Medical Assistant
Lauren was born and raised in San Jose but has established herself in the Sacramento area over the past several years. Lauren brings several years of experience as a medical receptionist and has trained closely with Dr. Liu to provide truly exceptional patient care as a Medical Assistant. Lauren takes the time to get to know each patient, understand their aesthetic goals, and help walk them through their individual journey at SVIA. When she is not in the office, you can find her staying active with her German Shepard, discovering new Italian restaurants and attending car shows on the weekends.
Lorena
Aesthetician
Lorena is an Aesthetician at our SVIA Medspa in San Mateo. Lorena entered the skincare field nearly twenty five years ago, acquiring her aesthetician’s license from Cendec School in Santiago, Chile in 1984. Once she moved to California, Lorena then obtained her aesthetician’s license in 1990 from De Loux Skin Care School in San Mateo. Lorena has extensive experience in the aesthetics and medical spa industry. She loves connecting with her clients and giving her personal attention to their needs. Lorena believes that investing in your skin is a benefit that will last a lifetime. In her free time, Lorena loves to connect with nature and music.
MacKenzie
Front Desk Receptionist & Patient Concierge
Mackenzie is our Front Desk Receptionist & Patient Concierge supporting all of our offices. MacKenzie has been a part of the service industry for 6 years and is passionate about patient care in the aesthetic industry. She completed her cosmetology training in 2022 at Cinta Aveda and became very passionate about aesthetic skin care shortly after leaving school. When MacKenize is not at SVIA, you can find her doing yoga, thrifting, cooking or spending time with her friends.
Megan
Practice Development Manager
Megan is the Practice Development Manager at Silicon Valley Institute for Aesthetics. In this position, Megan oversees all of the marketing and branding operations for the entire SVIA network. Megan brings 15 years of plastic surgery industry experience to our team, excelling in all aspects of aesthetic practice management. Originally from Chicago, Megan now lives in the Sacramento area. In her free time, she loves to travel, see live music, and explore new areas to hike and camp.
Mia
Patient Concierge and Front Desk Receptionist
Mia serves as the Front Desk Receptionist & Patient Concierge supporting all of our locations at SVIA, bringing over 8 years of experience in hospitality and customer service. With a passion for providing exceptional care, she is dedicated to ensuring each patient feels welcomed and supported throughout their journey. Originally from the foothills of California, Mia is also a proud dual citizen of Norway. When she’s not at the office, enhancing her knowledge of plastic surgery alongside Dr. Liu, you can find her capturing the energy of rodeos along the California coast or enjoying time with her two beloved cats, Bean and Mamma Kitty.
Noel
Patient Care Coordinator/Aesthetician
Noel is our Patient Care Coordinator in our Los Gatos location and has been a member of our team for over 6 years. Noel began her career in Aesthetics as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and CoolSculpting Coordinator where she performed skin care and body contouring treatments on patients and formed long-lasting relationships. She prides herself in being open and honest with our patients, and her combined background in customer service and passion for aesthetics aids in assisting patients becoming better educated about aesthetic treatments to help them achieve their personal goals. In her free time, you can usually find Noel trying out local breweries with her husband, designing interior spaces, or spending time at home with her Miniature Schnauzer, Captain.
Sairrahe
Medical Aesthetician
Sairrahe is a licensed aesthetician dedicated to helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and radiant in their own skin. A graduate of the Aesthetics Program at San Jose City College, she combines in-depth technical knowledge with a warm, personalized approach to skincare. With a strong foundation in skincare science and training in the latest industry techniques, Sairrahe specializes in Hydrafacials and overall skin health. She is committed to delivering a relaxing, results-oriented experience tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Outside of the treatment room, Sairrahe enjoys spending quality time with her newborn daughter, embracing the joys of motherhood.
Savanna
O.R. Administrator
Savanna is SVIA's Operating Room Administrator and Lead Surgical Technologist. She has been a Surgical Technologist for the past 16 years at various facilities with an emphasis in plastic surgery. Savanna helps to prepare all of our surgical cases performed in SVIA's Surgical Suite and assists Dr. Liu in all surgical cases performed under general anesthesia. She supports the clinical staff whenever needed and truly loves what she does. When Savanna isn’t at SVIA, she is spending time with her husband and her fur babies. She enjoys music, meditation and gardening.

Anna is a valued member of our Medical Assistant team at SVIA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from California State University, Fullerton, and aspires to continue her education to become a Physician Assistant. With a strong foundation in preventative care, wellness education, and hands-on clinical experience, Anna is dedicated to providing exceptional patient support. She approaches each interaction with empathy, clear communication, and a personalized touch that helps patients feel confident, informed, and well cared for. Outside of the practice, Anna enjoys Pilates and exploring new coffee spots.

With over three years of experience in the aesthetics industry and a decade of luxury customer service, Amani is passionate about wellness, beauty, and personal growth. Her approach to patient care is rooted in empathy, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence ensuring every individual feels seen, supported, and empowered throughout their journey. Outside of the practice, Amani enjoys traveling and embracing new cultures believing that each adventure enriches both mind and soul. Desiree is a wonderful addition to our Patient Concierge team at SVIA, bringing warmth, authenticity, and a strong foundation in both aesthetics and patient care. She holds a degree in Psychology, is a licensed esthetician, and has over eight years of experience in the wellness industry. With a genuine belief in the power of self-love and self-care, Desiree is passionate about creating meaningful, positive experiences for each patient she welcomes. Her vibrant personality and grounded, approachable nature help patients feel immediately at ease and fully supported throughout every step of their journey. Outside of SVIA, Desiree enjoys spending time in nature, dancing the night away in San Francisco, and winding down with art therapy, journaling, and reading. She's also an avid collector of lip gloss, stickers, and crystals; always finding beauty in the little things that bring joy.

Marketing and Office Coordinator
Madison is the Marketing and Office Coordinator at Silicon Valley Institute for Aesthetics where she oversees the marketing operations. With a passion for aesthetics, she brings five years of customer service to her role. Originally from Silicon Valley, Madison returned to the area after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona. Outside of her professional endeavors, Madison enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her nephews.
